Natural Stone or Brick: A common option for retaining walls, stone or brick have a rugged appeal while also often offering a more cost-effective approach.

Interlocking Concrete Blocks: Available in many colours and shapes, interlocking concrete blocks can give a very solid yet aesthetically pleasing approach.

Timber / Wood: This material provides a more natural look that can more easily blend into the surrounding landscaping, though also requires more ongoing maintenance.
