Westmount Revamp

This project brought a heritage home into the 21st century. We learned from the homeowner that they had a design for a complete makeover. They provided the plans and we got to work construction crew.

A large driveway circle was constructed using the Techo-Bloc Westmount Paver in Shale Grey. The Westmount was laid down in a herringbone pattern and bordered by a double strip of Techo-Bloc Villagio Paver in Onyx Black. The natural Flagstone stone pathway leads to one of the entrances while also giving access to the garage laneway. On the rear laneway we matched the stone and style as the driveway circle to tie it in with the front of the house.

With longevity in mind, we built a maintenance strip around the house using river stone to protect the foundation from damage due to grass and vines. To finish, we installed flowers and ornamental grasses in the gardens and irrigated the whole area. This project fully refreshed the outdoors of this house and will last for years. We were very happy to take on this project and the client was ecstatic with the results!
