Project Overview

North Gower, Ontario

This project transformed the back and front yard of a brand new house in North Gower, Ottawa. We learned from the homeowner that they wanted a safe, outdoor space to raise their kids and entertain friends. Our in-house design team took these key elements and built something spectacular.

A large post and beam structure with contrasting inlay provides a covered and private lounge area perfect for keeping an eye on the kids. Stone coping around the pool and a large patio to include the hot tub offers a great place to cool down on hot summer days. The natural stone staircase and patio extends from the lower level and into the front to bring guests around the house to the backyard. 

With privacy in mind, we adjusted grades and built an armour stone wall along the west side of the pool area and planted evergreens and ornamental grasses around the perimeter. The whole project resulted in a beautiful place to take in the sunsets and enjoy with the family for years to come!
